How do I locate you upon arrival?
You will receive a confirmation email, with all the details, a name and number for our correspondent and a meeting point.
How will I get to know the person who will be waiting for me?
We will be holding a sign with our logo and your name on.
What happens if I cannot find the driver upon arrival?
Please contact us at +302109215430 during working hours or at the mobile phone we have given you in the confirmation email.
My flight is delayed what do I do?
We keep track of all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed.
How much luggage can I bring?
It is your responsibility to book the appropriate vehicle that fits all of your luggage.
How do I cancel my booking?
You may cancel your booking by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +302109215430.
All cancellations that occur within 5 days of departure are subject to 100% cancellation fee. In cancellations when more than 5 days remain until departure, 50% of the total amount will be returned. If 20 days or more remain until departure then all of the amount of the booking is entirely refunded to you.
How do I make an amendment in my booking?
You can send us an email at email@example.com or call us at +302109215430. All amendments have a €2 administration fee.
I am travelling to a place nearby a location you have listed as a destination. Can you take me there?
We can take you there, usually at the same cost as we would charge for the nearest location we have listed. If the nearest location we have listed is more than 30’ minutes away, then we can still take you there but there will be an extra charge that you can find out by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +302109215430.
Can I book last minute?
Online bookings can normally be made before 48 hours of departure. If you email email@example.com, we can check availability for bookings less than 48 hours ahead. Bookings made within 24 hours until the reservation date will be charged with €8 extra.
Is it safe to book online?
Yes it is, through Paypal or Alpha Bank’s secure web banking.
I require a wheelchair, is this possible?
Unfortunately our company does not provide wheelchairs.
